  • Zoom calls with option in-person sessions

  • 2 Meetings per month

  • Ongoing text/email correspondence between sessions

  • Feedback, enouragement, and challenges

  • All sessions are 100% confidential

  • Pay as you go

  • 60 Minute sessions

  • Maximum of FOUR sessions

  • $300/Session​

THREE

MONTH AGREEMENT

  • Bi-Weekly, 50-minute Zoom Sessions

  • Assignments and Research Assigned Outside of Session

  • Personality Profile Assessment

  • Develop Goals, Dreams, and Plans

  • Identify Strengths and Areas Needing Work​

SIX

MONTH AGREEMENT

  • Bi-Weekly, 60-minute Zoom Session

  • Assignments and Research Assigned Outside of Session

  • Personality Profile Assessment

  • Identify Strengths and Areas Needing Work​

  • Sessions including superior, direct reports, and/or spouse if desired​

  • 360 Degree Assessment

 

$3500

* 5% Discount if paid in full prior to first month

NINE

MONTH AGREEMENT

  • Bi-Weekly, 75-minute Zoom Session

  • Assignments and Research Assigned Outside of Session

  • Personality Profile Assessment

  • Develop Goals, Dreams, and Plans

  • Identify Strengths and Areas Needing Work​

  • Sessions including supervisors, direct reports, and/or spouse if desired

  • 360 Degree Assessment

  • ​One extended session (up to 4 hours) for intensive coaching/mentoring - either virtually or in-person.  Travel costs not included and must be covered by client.​

TWELVE

MONTH AGREEMENT

  • Assignments and Research Assigned Outside of Session

  • Personality Profile Assessment

  • Develop Goals, Dreams, and Plans

  • Identify Strengths and Areas Needing Work​

  • Sessions including supervisors, direct reports, and/or spouse if desired

  • 360 Degree Assessment

  • Access to coach's personal resources, contacts, and relevant materials

  • Two-day, in-person session at client's place of work for obersvation, coaching, mentoring, and planning.​​  Travel costs INCLUDED in fee - no additional cost to client.

 

$7200
