The Unseen Table

A place to be known when you’ve felt invisible in the church you gave your life to.

Ministry was supposed to be sacred.

But somewhere along the way, the calling got buried under criticism, politics, betrayal, and exhaustion.

You poured out your gifts, your time, your soul—only to be overlooked, misused, or flat-out discarded.

The Unseen Table is an online support and processing group for those in ministry—or just out of it—who are carrying wounds no one ever validated. It’s a space for pastors, worship leaders, student ministers, missionaries, and church staff, who were faithful…and forgotten.

This isn’t a Bible study.  It’s not leadership coaching. And no, you won’t have to pretend everything’s “fine.”

This is soul-level group work, grounded in clinical insight and spiritual compassion, led by a licensed therapist and former pastor who understands the unique toll of church hurt and ministry trauma.

Here, no one’s keeping attendance. No one’s asking for your resume.  Just a seat at the table you were never invited to—but always needed.

You’re not too burned out. Not too broken. Not too bitter.

You’re just ready to be seen.

What You’ll Gain at The Unseen Table:

1. A Safe Place to Say the Hard Stuff
Finally speak freely—without fear of getting side-eyed, benched, or branded “bitter.”

2. Community with Others Who Get It
Connect with others who’ve lived the unspoken reality of ministry hurt, burnout, and betrayal.

3. Tools for Healing, Not Just Coping
Led by a licensed therapist, you’ll gain clinical insight and spiritual grounding to help process your story and rebuild your sense of self.

4. Freedom from Performance-Based Faith
No more “church face.” No pressure to impress. Just space to be human again.

5. Clarity for What’s Next
Whether you’re staying in ministry, stepping away, or still figuring it out—you’ll leave each session with more peace and direction.

Investment:

Healing doesn’t have to break you (again).

  • Meets once per week (same day/time each week)

  • Cohort-based, closed group (you’ll journey with the same people)

  • Space is limited to protect intimacy, confidentiality, and depth
